It is that time of the year again for running and racing and 5k's. Of all the events that we do awards for, one of the highest quality 5k's in this area is the Heart to Heart.
The Heart to Heart 5k, now in its 9th year, has striven to achieve their mission of raising money to provide "support for the local Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA, as well as provide monies to distribute Automated External Defibrillators to various facilities in the area, such as churches, nursing homes and other community facilities.
