Rewarding those that deserve it

Many of us have an issue that is near and dear to our hearts.  So much so that we are willing to go out and fight for a cause and raise money for many people who we may never meet.  These fund raising efforts by so many are commendable and also inspirational.

These are the people that deserve to be rewarded, and so often it is the other way around.  These people, these hardworking people filled with a spirit that few of us can imagine, are rewarding the few that are moved enough to make a monetary contribution.  It is inspirational indeed to see these people work.  To meet them when they come in wanting to recognize a big donor, or a big fundraiser when in fact without the efforts of these very people that recognition wouldn't be possible.

It is inspirational to see people willing to recognize the work put in by others even though it's a fraction of the work they put in themselves without thinking of taking anything, even a simple thank you.  And yet these are the people that change lives.  They instill hope and belief in a better world while at the same time touching the lives of countless others.

These people are an inspiration and we are lucky to be able to call many of them our customers.  Because they understand the power of positive recognition and what it does to people and to movements and to causes, we are able to be here helping them help others.  Its great to be a part of, and we look forward to seeing more of you!

November means...

I know, I know, I don't want to think about the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday let alone Christmas. With these tumultuous times we are dealing with and the massive amount of change being undertaken, let's show this world that we can let the Phillies pick us up. Please visit our Sellersville store to see the World Champion Phillies Ornaments on display and for sale. These commemorative ornaments include pictures taken at the Game 5 World Series Clincher against the Ray and those Phillies. There is no better tree ornament this holiday season.

Univest Grand Prix

The Univest Grand Prix is being held today. We are happy to say the awards they got were provided by us. This is the first race that we got to be a part of, and it really is an amazing show. I am watching the webstream provided by wfmz69 , and I hear that cycling.tv is going to be streaming the end of the race. There are over 22 reacing teams and 200 riders in this 107 mile race. The announcers do a great job and they really make it easy to understand and follow the sport of cycling. And then we get to watch tomorrows show in Doylestown as well! They talk about dynamics and I have seen a couple crashes, and they just went through Green Lane Park past the Scottish Irish Festival. A really neat way to be a part of the community. And they do it mostly with volunteers. Amazing, and the video is really spectacular. Much thanks to Univest and all the sponsors for providing such a great community event that we can all be proud of.

Always learning

While some were consolidating to maintain their bottom lines and stay afloat in the recent tumultuous economic conditions we tried investing.  And while we didn't have much money to invest, our bank (with the gracious help of the Small Business Administration), thought enough of our business and our goals to fund an acquisition of a retiring engravers business in Lansdale. At the same time we are investing in knowledge.  We joined a promotional products trade association that enables us to receive discounts on many promotional products which is savings we are passing along to you.  They have webinars, online sales tools and much more available to those interested in using promotional products. We also have our web promotional products search engine at www.promopros.com   and will be offering tips for creative uses of promotional products here on this blog. Leave your creative uses for promotional products in the comments.
